It counts reps. That's the promise.
Countess is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It's a rep counter built around a pose estimator, and pose estimators miss reps — in bad light, in a crowded frame, in a movement they weren't taught. Don't use the count anywhere an exact number matters.
It is not medical or coaching advice
The movement notes are general form cues, not instruction tailored to you, and the app cannot see whether something hurts. Stop if it does, and talk to a professional about what your body should be doing.
Your data is yours, and it's on your machine
Everything is stored locally. We can't read it, change it, sell it or get it back for you after your browser clears it.
